One of my friends insisted I post some of these Totenkopf items, the top r ww1 and earlier Spike helmet and Busby cap badges, the cloth are all mine field warning flags .the original idea w the skull motive was a attempt at intimidating the enemy, psychological warfare back to the time of pirates and the jollyroger skull.now its a fashion statement for some. If u like it i'll find more to post. Folks like decorating their bikes w the skull n bones insignia.You could do a whole new blog just on deathshead ,totenkopfs etc, very pervasive subject.
